Camps

The IMP Fitness Camp staff would like to extend an opportunity to all boys and girls entering grades K through 7 to participate in 5 fun-filled weeks of camp.  The mission of the All Sports Camp is to assist boys and girls, families, and communities in educational, physical, and emotional development through participation in sports.

The IMP Fitness Camp is committed to building character in kids through sports.  Activities are designed to reinforce and encourage values of honesty, respect, and responsibility.  The goals of the camp are to teach teamwork, build self-esteem, improve hand-eye coordination, understand basic sports terms, learn good sportsmanship, and understand the proper use of equipment.  We believe that fitness and personal growth are healthier and more appealing options than your average daycare facility.  The improvement of a child’s health, coordination, concentration, confidence, and awareness can lead to a more happy, healthy, and productive life.

The IMP Fitness Camp is designed to give boys and girls the opportunity to learn about many different sports and activities including: basketball (coming for summer), baseball, football, soccer, frisbee, kickball, track and field, bocce ball, softball, tug of war, dodge ball, running exercises, bean bag toss, volleyball, four square, and slip ‘n’ slide (in the summer).  Each sport activity will consist of technical drills, skill instruction, practice time, and the opportunity for game situations.  The instructors will also implement team-building activities that will enhance the total camp experience for your child.   The camp is dedicated to providing a safe and fun environment where kids can develop physically and socially.
