IMP Fitness services the novice to the elite.  Our attention to safe practices and unique coaching style produce intangible rewards leading to unprecedented results. ADULT BOOT CAMP
Indoor/outdoor boot-camp classes blend cardio, flexibility & strength drills.  Grab your best pal, office mates, co-workers or neighbors.  Join one of our existing class times or gather your group for boot-camp all your own.  We can come to you if you cannot come to us!*  2-3x/wk
 
SPEED CONDITIONING TRAINING
Classes are open to all athletes, regardless of their sport, from 9 years old through high school.  Athletes will go through a series of agility and quickness drills and exercises to IMProve speed and reaction time.  2-3x/wk 


YOUTH PERFORMANCE TRAINING

IMP Fitness Youth Performance Training focuses on fundamentals to improve coordination, speed, agility and overall fitness with use of bands, machines, light weights and learning proper techniques.  Intro into nutrition.  For youth ages 8-12 years.  2-3x/wk

TEEN PERFORMANCE TRAINING
IMP Fitness Teen Performance Training focuses on IMProving speed, strength, coordination, flexibility, agility, proper form and overall fitness.  Weight training, nutritional plan and intro to supplements included.  For ages 13+ years.  2-3x/wk
